7.7. TECHNICAL SHEET ST07 - CONDUCTIVITY SENSOR
In CLASSIC 17-22-28 models, the conductivity sensor is located inside the demineralised water tank.
In SUPREME 17-22-28 and FUTURA 17-22-28 models the “Conductivity sensor block” is located on the left side of
the chamber.
WARNING:
Before performing any type of operation on internal components, turn off the autoclave and
disconnect the mains cable.
On models of: CLASSIC 17-22-28:
Empty both the demineralised water tank containers.
Remove all the covers and disconnect connector CN39 (H
2
O Sensor) from the PCB.
Disconnect all the pipes connected to the tank and the electrical connections.
Remove the retaining screws and extract the tank to access the sensor and replace it.
On SUPREME 17-22-28 and FUTURA 17-22-28 models:
Empty the demineralised water tank.
Remove the right side cover to disconnect connector CN39 (H
2
O Sensor).
To extract the sensor block, remove the left side cover, the 2 retaining screws and disconnect the clear tubes.
Unscrew the ends of the block, extract the sensor and replace it.
