SQ30 – COMPONENT TEST -
SAFETY VALVE TEST
The “SAFETY VALVE TEST” allows checking the safety valve sealing by means of a cycle which brings the
chamber pressure to 2.6 bar.
The Test does not provide a POSITIVE or NEGATIVE result. The operator who runs the Test has to check the
correct operation of the valve, as in case of any other component in the Component Test menu.
The safety valve can open suddenly and remain open (for some seconds) causing a significant outflow of steam
that leads to a sudden negative pressure, or it can open intermittently, causing only a light blow that does not
increase the chamber pressure. In both cases, the valve operates correctly, since it prevents an anomalous
pressure rise in the chamber.
SQ31 – DOWNLOAD REPORT
This function allows:
Downloading alarms history: .csv file (compatible with Excel) containing information on the alarms generated
by the autoclave.
Downloading cycles history: .csv file (compatible with Excel) containing information on all cycles performed by
the autoclave
Downloading tech. Report: file containing information on the activation times of the different components.
SQ32 – MAINTENANCE
MESSAGES
This function allows displaying four counters with the values stored at the factory, corresponding to the following
maintenance operations:
- Closing system lubrication
- Bacteriological filter replacement
- Door seal replacement
- Scheduled maintenance
The values can be modified, i.e. the original values can be set lower, confirming the new values with ENTER.
The “days” function allows changing the frequency of maintenance operations from “number of cycles” to “days”.
SQ33 – RESET MAINTENANCE
It allows resetting the counters of the intervals of the maintenance messages.
It must be used when a maintenance operation is performed in advance.
SQ34 – BACKUP AND
RECOVERY
This function is necessary to perform a complete backup and recovery of the memory and of the autoclave’s
settings in case of replacement of the main board.
