SQ35 – CYCLE COUNTER
In case of PCB replacement, it allows increasing the value indicated by the cycle counter to bring it to the actual
value.
SQ36 – AVAILABLE CYCLES
This function allows excluding one or more sterilization cycles available in the autoclave.
SQ37 – RESET CUSTOM
SETTINGS
This function allows resetting the information on all the users (user creation, stand-by, language, etc.).
SQ38 – WATER FILLING
The time settings for the water filling can be set automatically or manually.
AUTOMATIC SETTING:
With empty tank, click on Enter to open the solenoid valve and start the water filling.
The device detects the time necessary to reach the minimum level (alarm time) and the time required to reach
the maximum level. At the end of the procedure, the display shows the new values.
Click on “Enter” and reconfirm the new values.
MANUAL SETTING:
The filling time and the alarm time must be manually set by the technician.
Pre-set times are as follows:
External Pump Option:
- Alarm Time: 170 s
- Filling Time: 150 s
Pure 100 Option:
- Alarm Time: 1000 s
- Filling Time: 500 s
Pure 500 Option:
- Alarm Time: 2500 s
- Filling Time: 900 s
Ev Aux Option:
- Alarm Time: 1000 s
- Filling Time: 1000 s
SQ39 - EXTENDED DRYING
This function allows enabling or disabling an additional drying time on all the sterilization cycles. The drying time
will increase by 10’; also the temperature of the tube bundle heating element will increase by 30°.
