1. In a microwave safe bowl add oil, garlic
and microwave at 80% power level for 2
mins. Stir in between. Add capsicum red
and green, carrot, cabbage and peas.
Ingredients:
Mix well and sprinkle some water.
lGlass noodle 1 cup (boiled)
Microwave at 80 % power level for 3 mins

and stir in between. Add chilli powder,
lOil 1tsp Sesame paste (grind the
roasted beans, tamarind paste, black
ingredients given below together)
pepper powder & salt. Mix well and cook
lSesame seed 1 tsp (for soaking 5 tbsp
in microwave at 80% power level for 3
hot milk, and2 tbsp water)
