shiptheProductforassessment.Wewillgenerallyneed:(i)proofofpurchase;(ii)awritten
descriptionoftheproblem;(iii)thenameofyourmobilenetworkserviceprovider,ifapplicable;
(iv)youraddressandtelephonenumber.Wewillonlyusethisinformationforthepurposesof
processingyourclaimunderthisLimitedWarranty.
6. IftheProductisnotcoveredbythisLimitedWarranty(andyoudonothaveanyotherstatutory
rightsinyourplaceofusualresidence),Motorolawillinformyouoftheavailability,price,and
otherconditionsapplicabletotherepair,replacement,orrefundoftheProduct.
