There’s a lot of noise when I listen to radio and I can’t get a good reception.
FG200 may be influenced by other nearby electronics. Maintain sufficient distance from
other electronics.
The earphone acts as an antenna when listening to radio. FG200 will lose its reception if
the earphone is not plugged in. Also check the earphone’s condition.
The reception sensitivity may be different depends on the area.
I can’t download files from a PC.
Check the USB cable between the PC and FG200. Make sure that it is connected firmly.
Do not use USB hubs or extension cables and try plugging the cable directly to the PC’s USB port.
I can’t hear anything.
Check the volume.
There may be noise or skipping if the music file is corrupt.
The reception may be influenced by other nearby electronics.
FG200 suddenly stops and something seems wrong.
Check the battery. Lack of battery may cause FG200 to stop.
Press the RESET key on the lower side of FG200.
Upgrading the firmware is too hard.
Try using the bundled MPIO utility. Mac users can just copy the provided file into FG200.

The actual memory available to use may differ from the product’s memory capacity due to the logical file system.
