3.6 Individual Operations of Maintenance
3.6.23 Valve clearance adjustment
• Call YANMAR service department to adjust the engine
valves. For contact points, please refer to Engine Operation
and Maintenance Manual.
Note
Further regular maintenance (check of injection and venting
of the crankcase after 1500 engine hours, emission check after
3000 engine hours) should be consulted with Yanmar service.
3.6.24 Checking the damping system
• Check the condition of the rubber-metals, the strength of
the bond between metal and rubber.
Replace if damaged.
Check the tightness of screws and nuts.
