Operating the Door Box
To place a call from the Door Box:
1. Press the Door Box call button.
2. When someone inside the building answers your call, speak toward the Door Box.
To place a call to the Door Box:
1. Lift handset and press ICM.
2. Dial the Door Box extension number.
To answer the Door Box chimes from a keyset:
1. Lift handset or press SPK.
To control the system relay which in turn controls the door strike:
Once set up in programming, this option is available to any member of the Door Box Ring
Group as well as any extension with a Call Coverage Key for the Door Box Ring Group.
1. To open the relay, press FLASH key or OPEN soft key.
2. To close the relay, press FLASH key again or CLOSE soft key.
