TO REGISTER HISTORY DATA TO
DIRECTORY
TO REGISTER DATA NEWLY
1.
Focus on the person to call on the history list
screen.
2.
Press local soft key 2 (Option).
3.
Select “ 1 Directory Add”.
4.
Select “ 1 New”.
5.
Select category.
6.
Set priority.
7.
Set the necessary data (Name, Group, etc...)
If the number to register is not
registered before, only #1 is displayed.
If the number to register is registered
already, existing data is displayed.
Refer to “TO REGISTER” about
procedure 5 - 7.
TO ADD DATA TO EXISTING
HISTORY DATA
1.
Focus on the person to call on the history list
screen.
2.
Press local soft key 2 (Option).
3.
Select “ 1 Directory Add”.
4.
Select “ 2 Addition”.
5.
Select the person from directory.
Refer to “TO SEARCH PERSON”
about how to search the data in the

Select the register number
Select from #1 to #4
If you select the #1 when #1 data is
already exist, data is overwritten.

Select category
8.
Set priority
9.
Set the necessary (Name, Group, etc…)
If the number to register is not
registered before, only #1 is displayed.
If the number to register is registered
already, existing data is displayed.

procedure 7 - 9.
TO DELETE
1.
Focus on the person to call on the history list
screen.
2.
Press local soft key 2 (Option)
3.
Select “ 3 Delete”
If you select “ 4 Delete All”, you can
delete all history data.
4.
Press local soft key 4 or Enter key.
To cancel the deletion, Press local soft
key (Cancel).
5.
Delete complete message is displayed.
Return to history list screen automatically.
