One-Touch Speed Calling key for
feature access:
One-Touch Speed Calling key may be
used as a feature key by storing the
feature access code. The features may
be programmed on a system basis by
the system administrator.
Access codes may be stored in
conjunction with telephone numbers.
For example, one button can be
programmed by the user to transfer to
a certain extension.
TO REGISTER NAME ONTO ONE-
TOUCH SPEED CALLING KEY
This function is available for DT930
(Touch Panel model), DT920 (Self-
Labeling model)
1.
Press Name.
2.
Press a desired One-Touch Speed Calling key.
For the key to which no name
information is registered, the character
"SPD" will be displayed.
3.
Enter desired name on the keypad. Display
indicates the name entered.
4.
Press >>> twice to display the following soft keys.
5.
Press SET to save the entered name.
Name information displayed on the One-Touvh
Speed Calling key changes as follows:
“NEC BNET”
To delete the entry, press DEL or BK
and delete each one character.
To delete the whole setting, press
Clear and back to idle status.
SPEED CALLING -
STATION/GROUP
TO SET
1.
Press Speaker. Receive Dial Tone. Speaker lamp
lights red.
Dial the Speed Calling – Station/Group Access
Code.
2.
Dial the desired abbreviated call code. In this
example, “01” is dialed as the desired
abbreviated call code.
3.
Dial the destination telephone number.
4.
Press Speaker. Speaker lamp goes off.
TO MAKE A CALL
1.
Press Redial key. Receive Dial Tone Speaker
lamp lights red.
2.
Press the desired speed calling number.
3.
Lift the handset. Speaker lamp goes off.

TO SET SPEED CALLING – SYSTEM
KEY (ONE- TOUCH SPEED CALLING
KEY)
1.
Press Feature. Feature lamp lights red.
2.
Press a desired One-Touch Speed Calling key.
The LCD displays previously stored digits.
3.
Dial the Speed Calling – System Access Code and
the abbreviated call code.
4.
Press Feature again. Feature lamp goes off.
