00 Terminal is not connected Check the cable connection between the terminal
and the PBX.
Check to see if the cable is cut off.
01 Terminal is connected No action is required.
02 Loop (Short circuit is made
on the line)
Check to see if a short circuit exists on the line.
03 Ring wire is grounded Check to see if the Ring wire of the cable is grounded.
04 LC card is not mounted Check to see if the LC card is properly mounted.
05 Test busy No action is required.

Check to see if a short circuit exists on the line.
03 Ring wire is grounded Check to see if the Ring wire of the cable is grounded.
04 DLC card is not mounted Check to see if the DLC card is properly mounted.
05 Terminal failure Replace the terminal with a known good one and check
to see if the same failure occurs.
