Reset the MB switch.

If the fault cannot be cleared,
replace the card.
ALM1 lamp is on No.1 circuit trans-
mission line fault
Confirm No.1 circuit line status.
Confirm PSTN line status.
ALM0 lamp is on No.0 circuit trans-
mission line fault
Confirm No.0 circuit line status.
Confirm PSTN line status.
