Order information from FastFacts as follows.
1. If your system has a fax/modem, be sure your system is
ready to receive a fax or your fax machine is on. Have
the document number handy or the document you want.
NOTE

Fax/Modem User’s Guide
for information about
receiving a fax.
2. At your touch-tone telephone, call 1-800-366-0476
(U.S. and Canada only).
For international use, enter the international long
distance access number, the U.S. country code, the
U.S. telephone number, and the U.S. extension
(01-708-238-7800).
3. Listen to the instructions provided by the voice prompts.
Press 1 if you do not want an introduction to FastFacts.
Follow the automated instructions to order your
document or catalog.
Press 2 if you want an introduction to FastFacts. Follow
the automated instructions to order your document or
catalog.
4. When asked by the voice prompts, enter your fax
telephone number.
For international use, first enter the international long
distance access number (011), your country code, your
area code or city code, then your fax number.
