Notify the carrier if the shipping carton is damaged. Unpack the
N-395 and coinponents. If anything is
inissing or damaged,
contact Mallinckrodt Technical Services Department or your
local Mallinckrodt representative.
PERFORMANCE VERIFICATION
The N-395 performance can be verified by following the
procedures outlined in the
Performance Vevzjication
section of
the N-395 service manual. Qualified service
persoilnel should
perform this procedure before using the monitor for the first time
in a clinical setting.
