Snap the cover onto the encoder register.

Run the cable to the R900 cellular endpoint and fasten it securely.
Do not exceed maximum cable lengths as defined in "Encoder Register Interface" on
page 3. If the encoder register is prewired and potted, use Schotchloks for connecting the
register to the R900 cellular endpoint.
