4.2.12 Internal Modulation
A sine or square wave function generator can be selected for internal
modulation. The frequency is controlled by the frequency DAC’s output and
the sine or square function is controlled by a digital signal.
4.2.13 Pulse Generator
The pulse generator consists of a frequency source and a duty cycle
modifier. The pulse signal grounds or opens the set point signal to form the
pulse.
