2.1.2 Tools
The following are the tools required in the setup procedure. Before starting, make sure you have the
following tools required to set up the system.
General tools
• Allen wrench (mm, inch)
• Phillips screwdriver
• Fluorescent slide specimen (you can also use an HE-stained specimen)
Special tools
• Laser-protection goggles • Calibrated power meter
