Expandable MIDI Master Controller
104
EXTRA LIGHT
Very light dynamic
response curve in which
the maximum MIDI
dynamic values are
reached very quickly.
This curve offers very
little expression.
LIGHT
Light dynamic response
curve. While still reaching
high MIDI dynamic
values quickly, this curve
succeeds in ensuring a
fair degree of dynamic
resolution.
MEDIUM LIGHT
Variation of the Light type
curve which is made
heavier in the central
zone (medium dynamic).
Extreme dynamic values
are easily reached.
FEEL LIGHT
A straight curve made
softer at medium and
medium-high dynamic
values applied to the
keyboard.
MEDIUM
An absolutely straight
curve (also known as the
standard dynamic curve)
meaning that the
dynamics applied to the
keyboard are converted
into MIDI dynamics in a
completely linear way.
FEEL WEIGHT
Linear type curve made
heavier at medium and
medium-high dynamic
values applied to the
keyboard.
MEDIUM HEAVY
A heavy dynamic response
curve which still offers a
certain degree of linearity in
the medium dynamic zones,
suitable for cases where the
zone to be controlled has to
be set so that it is "not
highlighted", while a certain
degree of expression is still
ensured.
HEAVY
A heavy dynamic
response curve. As the
graph on the left shows,
the curve follows an
exponential trend to
ensure MIDI dynamic
values close to 127.
