3.4 Major internal cable connection.
After performing any internal repairs it is important to check if the cable connections are
correct and all grounding is properly connected (housing and bottom housing)
Centrifuge grounding:
Switch, power connection and Rectifier, Bridge connection.
A=Grounding from Top Housing
B= Grounding from Motor
C= Grounding from Connector, Power.
A) Switch, Power connections:
A = From/To Main PCBA
B= From/To Connector, Power
B) Rectifier, Bridge connections:
C= From Transformer (Red cables)
D= From/To main PCBA (RED and BLACK
cables)
Note: kindly take note on the color and position of
the cable connections.
