Before You Begin
• The system administrator must have two Olympus Uploader privileges
assigned in their EXVoice Administration group. These two privileges
are:
– Assign all users to portable
– Execute
Refer to “Assigning Privileges” beginning on page 41 for information
about assigning these privileges.
• The provider must have an EXVoice Client Settings login and
password and must belong to an administration group that has the
privilege Olympus Uploader: Execute granted.
• The Master Profile assigned to the provider must be configured for the
Olympus DS-4000.
• The worktypes that are assigned to a provider originate in the ID Field
Matching configuration in EXVoice Explorer. Refer to “Creating ID
Field Matching” beginning on page 43 and be sure this is set up
correctly.
Note: Instructions are included in this document for editing an existing
Master Profile and configuring the Olympus settings. If you prefer, you can
create a Master Profile specifically for Olympus users and assign users to
that Master Profile or you can customize individual user’s Master Profiles.
You must still ensure that the provider is in the appropriate Administrative
Group and has a Client Settings login ID assigned.
