To reassign an Olympus DS-4000 recorder to a provider when your
facility is using EXVoice Version 6.5:
1. With the recorder turned on, insert the recorder in the cradle. The
Dictaphone/Dictaphone DS-3000/DS-4000 Upload Utility opens
automatically.
2. Press F4 (or click File > Configure Portable) to open the Assign
Olympus DS-4000 dialog box.
3. Complete the dialog box using the instructions on page 54, beginning
with Step 4.
Adding the Input Type Column to Job Lister
Reports
In Job Lister, you can add the Input Type column to your reports so these
reports identify the Olympus recorder as the type of device used for
recording reports. Adding this column to the All Ready report assists in
identifying reports recorded on the Olympus when you upload files to the
EXVoice server.
To add the Input Type in Job Lister:
1. To modify a report, right-click the report name in Job Lister and select
Properties.
2. On the Output tab of the Modifying Report dialog box, find Input
Type in the Available column and move it to the Display column,
positioning it in the order in which you would like to view it on the
report.
