To configure the master profile using EXVoice Version 7.x:
1. In the left pane of the EXVoice Explorer window, open the appropriate
site and expand Master Profiles.
2. Right-click the master profile and select Modify Master Profile. The
Modifying master profile dialog box opens.
3. Select the Portables tab.
4. In the Portable type group box, select Olympus DS-4000.
5. In the Worktypes group box, select the check box next to each
worktype the provider can dictate with using this recorder. Up to ten
worktypes can be assigned.
