5. From the drop-down list under When importing jobs from portables that are aware
of “Work Types”…, select Field 1, or the ID field that stores worktypes.
6. From the drop-down list under When importing jobs from portables that are aware
of “Reference Number”…, select None.
7. From the drop-down list under Before sending jobs to the server, convert them to
which audio format?, select the correct audio format based on the following:
• Non-iChart sites - If you are using (or plan to use) EXSpeech, select PCM 8000Hz
8Bit (mµ-law) and be sure the recorder is set to LP recording mode.
• iChart sites - Select PCM 8000Hz 8Bit (mµ-law) and be sure the recorder is set to
LP recording mode.
• To play back on the telephone, select PCM 8000Hz 8Bit (mµ-law).
