less than the 0Hz Detection Output Detection Level (ZS) (301FHex-64Hex), and turns OFF if it is at
0Hz Detection Output Detection Level (ZS) (301FHex-64Hex) or higher regardless of the alarm sta-
tus or free-run after the power is turned ON.
