Controlword.
After initialization is completed, this bit changes to 1 (remote).
When 0 (local) is given, it indicates that the support software
has the control right to the inverter.

Reserved Not used. Always keep them at 0.
*1. The Voltage enabled bit indicates that the main circuit power supply voltage is applied when it is 1.
