E000: This error code will be set to the input word if a nonexisting command code
is used.
7-3-8 Set Value Set
This command is used to set the HH, H, L, or LL set value.
The set value will be stored in the nonvolatile memory and will not be lost after
the Unit is turned OFF.

Response
If the correct command code or parameter is set to the output word, the same
command code or parameter will be set to the input word.
If the wrong command code or parameter is set to the output word, one of the
following error codes will be set to the input word.
E000: This error code will be set to the input word if a nonexisting command code
is used.
E001: This error code will be set to the input word if the parameter is not within
the range covered by the Unit.
7-3-9 Set Value Teach
This command can be used only when the timing hold in operation mode A is set
to normal.
This command is used to execute set value teaching. When set value teaching is
executed, the present input value can be used as the HH, H, L or LL set value.
