2-1-1 Features
• The PID with advanced feed-forward circuitry (2 degrees of freedom) of the
CQM1-TC20j/TC30j assures stable temperature control. The Units can
also be set to ON/OFF control.
• Temperature Control Units are available for either 4-loop temperature control
or 2-loop temperature control, and Units with 2-loop temperature control pro-
vide a heater burnout alarm. You can also select between thermocouples or
platinum resistance thermometers as the input sensors.

2-1-2 Word Allocations
• One word each is allocated to the Temperature Control Unit for inputs and out-
puts.
• Commands are used to set and read data.
• The IOTC(––) instruction can be used to simplify programming when using
CX-Programmer version 2.0 or higher and a CQM1H CPU Unit with a lot num-
ber of 0160 or later.
