3. The process value data will be set to FFFF during initialization; do not read
the data as the process value at this time.
DM 0000 Write a value in the following ranges to DM 0000 according to the sensor to be
used.
Model Sensor Range
TC00j for thermocouples
K 200 to 1,300 °C (F200 to 1300)
300 to 2,300 °F (F300 to 2300)
J 100 to 850 °C (F100 to 0850)
100 to 1,500 °F (F100 to 1500)
TC10j for platinum resistance
thermometers
JPt100 99.9 to 450.0 °C (F999 to 4500)
99.9 to 800.0 °F (F999 to 8000)
Pt100 99.9 to 450.0 °F (F999 to 4500)
99.9 to 800.0 °F (F999 to 8000)
3-5-2 Run/Stop and Error Processing Program
The contents of DM 0000 are written to the Temperature Control Unit as the set
point.
The process value is read from the Temperature Control Unit and written to DM
0001. If an error has occurred, however, the value written to DM 0001 will be
treated as an error code.
If the CQM1-TC00j/TC10j in operation has an error, the condition of the error
is stored as error status.
Temperature control is enabled or disabled by turning the RUN/STOP bit ON or
OFF (loop 1 only).
