The positive power supply line is

line.
Check the external wiring. Set the parameters and wire the
system considering the correc-
tions that are given on the left.
The output power supply is out-
side the specifications.
Check the output power supply.
The internal circuit is faulty. Cycle the power supply. If the er-
ror occurs again, replace the
Unit.
If cycling the power supply re-
stores normal operation, there
may be excessive noise near the
Unit. Implement noise counter-
measures.
