Reunites
Reason Description
Extract bypassed
Gap between two envelopes entering the extractor is too small
for extraction. Envelopes outsorted for this reason are sent to the
extract pit, not the reunite bin.
Gap too small to extract
Gap between two envelopes entering the extractor is too small
for extraction. Gap is not small enough to warrant outsorting an
envelope.
Vacuum held everything
When the extract gate sensor is tripped, but the extract open
sensor is not tripped.
Vacuum held nothing
When the extract open sensor is tripped, but the extract gate
sensor is not tripped.
Everything went on content
path
When the Content TMD sensor is tripped, but the Envelope TMD
sensor is not tripped.
Everything went on envelope
path
When the Envelope TMD sensor is tripped, but the Content TMD
sensor is not tripped.
Content too thin
Content TMD determines contents are too thin to fit thickness
parameters.
Content too thick
Content TMD determines contents are too thick to fit thickness
parameters.
Content thick change
Content TMD determines a thickness change in contents.
Content thick peak
Content TMD determines a thickness peak in contents.
Unable to process content
thickness data
Content TMD cannot process thickness data.
Content hangback
Envelope thickness was detected, but not content thickness, and
assumes that the content was left in the extract area.
Envelope stamp half too thin
The Envelope TMD determines the envelope stamp half is too
thin to fit thickness parameters.
Envelope stamp half too
thick
The Envelope TMD determines the envelope stamp half is too
thick to fit thickness parameters.
Envelope non-stamp half too
thin
The Envelope TMD determines the envelope non-stamp half is
too thin to fit thickness parameters.

Jamsorts
