7.3 Repair
7.3.1 Replacing a defective fuse
INFORMATION
When replacing, only use fuses of the same type. Note the
rating printed on it.Note the rating printed on it.
The fuse (for values see chapter "Technical Data" > Table
"Electrical System") is located in a battery drawer.
Opening the battery drawer
> The control unit is turned off.
1) Pull up the release bolt.
2) Pull gently on the battery drawer to roll it out to the rear.

Removing the fuse
1) Open the fuse holder cover (see Fig.53, item 1).
2) Pull the fuse out of the spring contacts (see Fig.53,
item 2).
Installing the fuse
1) Remove the fuse from the protective cover.
2) Open the fuse holder cover.
3) Centre the fuse on the spring contacts and insert it.
4) Close the fuse holder cover until you feel it engage.
