Remove a Cut Washer (
N)
and the Head
Cleaning Pad Unit.
2.
The Head Cleaning Pad Unit can
be
reinstalled
by
reversing
the
removal procedure.

A. Replacement

the Mode Switch
1.
Place
the
deck
in
the
STOP mode.
2.
Remove the
Cassette
Compartment
Unit. (Refer
to
Disassembly Procedures)
3.
Remove
the
Pinch Cam Cap and Pressure
Roller Unit.
4.
Remove the Pinch Cam.

Unscrew 2 screws (P) and remove the Loading
Motor
Base.
6.
Unscrew a screw
(Q)
and unsolder 5
of
soldered
portions.
7.
Finally remove the Mode Switch.

8. Install a Mode Switch and tighten screw
(0),
then solder 5 soldering portions.
9.
Install
the
Pinch Cam and Pressure Roller Unit.

10.1nstall
the
Loading
Motor
Base and tighten
screw (P).
11.1nstall the
Cassette
Compartment.
