3-4-11. PINCH SOLRNOID MAINTENANCE
PROCEDURES
A. Replacement of the Pinch Solenoid
1. Unscrew 2 screws (P) and remove the Loading
Motor Base. (Figure M21)
2. Disconnect a connector (red) on the Motor Base
C. B.A.
3. Unscrew 2 screws(R) (Figure M23) and remove the
Pinch Solenoid.
4. Install a Pinch Solenoid and tighten 2 screws
(P).
5. Install the Loading Motor Base and tighten 2
screws
(P).(Figure M21)

B. Adjustment After Re-installing
Pressure Adjustment of the Pinch Roller (Refer
to Mechanical Adjustment Procedures) should be
performed after completion of reinstalling the
Pinch Solenoid.
