4-8. Updating firmware
1. Download firmware package from the support website at https://panasonic.biz/cns/sav/pass_e
2. Unzip the package and copy “UPDATE.HDC” file to the ROOT (the top-most) directory in the
SD memory card.
3. Mount the SD memory card to the SLOT1 (Not SLOT2) in the AG-CX350.
4. Execute update (MENU > OTHERS > INFORMATION > UPDATE)
5. Finally confirm the version (MENU > OTHERS > INFORMATION > VERSION)
Troubleshoot
Error message on AG-CX350
Check points
・ Is the file name of the firmware on the SD card
“UPDATE.HDC”?
・ Renamed files (e.g.: UPDATE.HDC2, UPDATE.HDC-1,
etc.) are not accepted.
・ Is the SD card inserted in Slot1? Update cannot be
performed in Slot2!
・ Is the UPDATE.HDC file correctly copied to the root
directory of the SD card?
