Registering and editing
email address and
telephone number in the
one-touch dial
Register email address and telephone number. These items can be used as
destinations for the following features. Make sure that address book editing on web
(feature #567 on page 89) is set to “ENABLED” beforehand.
– Sending faxes (page 57)
– Sending Internet faxes

– Scan to email address (page 42)
– Fax to email address (page 66)
– Error notify (page 96)
*1 If you want to use the destination for the direct SMTP of Internet fax, activate the
direct SMTP setting (feature #425 on page 79).
1. Start Multi-Function Station.
2. [Device] A [Configuration Web Page] A [Directory]
3. Type “root” as the user name, then enter the password (feature #155 on
page 72). A [OK]
4. Select [STATION KEY] from the menu.
5. Click [Edit] next to the station key you want to register or edit.
6. Enter the name, email address, etc.
7. [Submit]
8. Close the web browser.
