11.3.6 Using an SD card
Problem Cause & Solution
No image are displayed. L There is no SD card inserted in the unit. Insert a supported SD card (page
81).
L The inserted SD card is not compatible with the unit. Use a supported SD
card (page 80).
L There is no files stored on the SD card. Save files on the SD card in a
supported file format beforehand.
L The file is too large or is in an unsupported format. Use a supported file
format (page 31).
It takes considerable time to
display an image.
L It may take some time until the image is displayed, depending on the image
format and size of the image. This is normal.
I cannot save the data to an
SD card.
L There is no SD card inserted in the unit. Insert a supported SD card (page
81).
L The write-protect switch of the SD card is in the lock position. Unlock the
switch to allow write access (page 80) and try again.
L There is not enough space to save new files on the SD card. Delete
unnecessary files, and try again.
I cannot print a file saved on
the SD card.
L There is no SD card inserted in the unit. Insert a supported SD card (page
81).
L You tried to print different file formats onto 1 page. Activate the continuous
print setting (page 32).
L The file may be broken. Try viewing the file on your computer.
L The file is too large or is in an unsupported format. Use a supported file
format (page 31).
