6.7 Test the PLC connection
Enable the interface you want to use for the Ethernet redirection feature.
Note
If you want to use the HMWIN Studio features, use the port settings to specify the port to
connect. Do not configure the serial connections directly in HMWIN Studio. Please configure
within HMWIN Studio an Ethernet interface connected to the IP address 127.0.0.1 instead.
6.7 Test the PLC connection
To test if the PLC communication is established you can use the “Test connection” button
which is available on the “Interface settings”.
