F80 Double Feed Detector Error • Remove any dust on the Supersonic Receiver on the WAITING LED Board, or on
Supersonic Generator on the WAITING SENSOR Board
• Check that the Supersonic Receiver on the WAITING LED Board,Supersonic
Generator on the WAITING SENSOR Board
• Check the WAITING LED Board Cable
• Check the RELAY ( LOWER ) Board Cable
• Check the Waiting Sensor Cable
• Check the RELAY ( UPPER ) BoardCable
• Replace the WAITING LED Board
• Replace the WAITING SENSOR Board
• Replace RELAY ( LOWER ) Board
• Replace RELAY ( UPPER ) Board
• Replace the MOTHER Board
• Replacethe MAIN CONTROL Board
• Check the Starting Position Sensor Cable
• Replace the STARTING POSITION SENSOR Board
Note:
If neither LCD indication nor memory accessed from CPU work properly when initializing, LED6 to LED1 (
D106 - D101 ) status can be available for troubleshooting.
Scanner CPU checks attached ROM and RAM on main control and on SCSI I/F board after power ON. It
displays 6 red LED patterns on main board according to progress of checking. All LED OFF means main
board check is finished normally. If some errorsare detected, some LED remains to light.
