9. Using Menu Functions
• If you press [MENU/SET] while recording colour bars as a motion picture, the colour bars will
disappear, but you can continue the recording. This operation allows you to record colour bars
in the beginning of a motion picture.
• If you assign [Color Bars] to [Fn Button Set] (P55) in the [Custom] menu, each time you press
the function button to which the setting is assigned, you can display or hide colour bars. In this
operation, the colour bars you used last time will be displayed.
Not available in these cases:
• [Color Bars] cannot be used in the following cases.
– When [Snap Movie] is set
– When [Slow/Quick] is set
– When [Dolly Zoom] is set
– When [4K Live Cropping] is set
