Install this antenna on a wall at a height and in a direction which
result in the best reception.
For beat reception sound quality:
An FM outdoor antenna is recommended.
Notes:
•The tack used to fix the internal antenna wire should not come
into contact with ^e bare wire.
•Disconnect the antenna if an FM outdoor antenna is installed.

If the FM Indoor antenna does not provide satisfactory reception,
an outdoor antenna should be used.
The outdoor antenna may be required in a mountainous region, or
if this unit is located inside a reinforced-concrete building, etc.
How to connect a 75-ohm coaxial cable
(D Remove a piece of the
outer vinyl sheath from
the end.
(D Bundle the shield braid,
and remove a piece of
the inner vinyl sheath
covering the core wire.
® Connect the core wire
and the shield braid.
