If the device is not shown this way, please reinstall the SiliconSoftware

device driver. The driver is located in the following directory:

C:\Program Files< (x86)>\SiliconSoftware\RuntimeX.X.X\drivers\me4.

After the installation, please start the program microDiagnostics:

Please verify the firmware version, which must be 1.40 (1.28 in hex) or

above.

To test the board, select the board in 'hardware' and click 'Test Board'.

If the firmware is not 1.40 (1.28 in hex), please upgrade to the latest

firmware. Select 'Flash Board(s)', then select the grabber in the dialog and

open the appropriate hap file, e.g. firmware_me4Fullx4_a44-01-28.hap.

Then click on 'Yes' when you’re asked to proceed. You must power cycle

your computer after the upgrade.

In case the firmware version is ok, please click on ‘Test Performance’.
