Taking Pictures
When an SD Memory Card / MultiMediaCard has been inserted, all
images are saved to the card.
Images are saved to the internal memory when no card has been
inserted.
In Program mode (A), the camera automatically sets the shutter speed
and aperture for taking still pictures. However, you can select other
functions such as the flash mode or continuos shooting mode.
1 Press the four-way controller (23) in Capture mode.
The virtual mode dial appears.
2 Use the four-way controller (23) to
select [Program (
A
)].
3•Press the OK button.
The camera is ready to take the picture.
Set the functions you want to use.
Refer to “Setting the Shooting Functions” (p.37 to p.52) for
instructions.
4 Press the shutter release button.
The picture will be taken.
