Taking Pictures

The settings in this mode are appropriate for taking dark scenes.
1 Press the four-way controller (23) in Capture mode.
The virtual mode dial appears.
2 Use the four-way controller (23)
to select the [Night Scene Mode (B)]
3 Press the OK button.
The camera is ready to take the picture.
4 Press the shutter release button.
The picture will be taken.

Total shooting time will be longer than the set slow shutter speed
when the noise reduction function activates to reduce noise.
The shutter speed is slower when taking pictures of dark scenes.
To prevent camera shaking, secure the camera on a tripod or other
surface.
