NOTE
The ignition
key must be turned to ON
or ACC for the wiper/washer switches
to operate.
Wiper/Washer
The rst
position after OFF is the
intermittent #1 cycle. The next
positions are intermittent #2, #3, and
#4. The last two positions are wiper
low speed and wiper high speed.
To
wash the windshield
Push the
rotary wash/wipe knob in
(towards steering column), hold for
more than 0.8 seconds and then
release. Hold the knob in to extend
the washing
cycle. After the lever
is released, the wipers will shut off
automatically or resume the wiper’s
setting speed.
To
activate the wipers for one swipe
without activating the washer (“mist”
function), push the turn signal lever
in (towards the steering column) and
release in less than 0.5 seconds. The
wipers will perform a single swipe and
then resume the wiper’s setting speed.
WARNING!
Clean blades regularly with a damp

which may lead to an injury accident
resulting in death or personal injury.
CAUTION
CAUTION
Do not use antifreeze or engine
coolant in the windshield washer
reservoir - damage to seals and other
components will result.
If the
electric pump is operated for a
long period (more than 15 seconds)
with a dry reservoir, the pump motor
may be damaged.
Check the
windshield washing uid
level daily. If necessary, ll to top.
Clean all
inside and outside windows
regularly. Use an alcohol-based
cleaning solution and wipe dry with
either a lint-free or a chamois cloth.
Avoid running the wiper blades over a
dry windshield to prevent scratching
the glass. Spray on washer uid rst.
A scratched windshield will reduce
visibility.
