Hood Hold-Open Device
The hood is equipped with a hood
hold-open device. In order for the hood
hold-open device to become engaged,
the vehicle hood must be fully open.
Once the vehicle hood is fully open,
the hold-open latch will automatically
engage and will need to be disengaged
by the operator.
The release lever for the hood hold
open device is located near the front
hinge of the hood. Press the lever in to
disengage the hood hold open device.
Press in to disengage
