Other factors
affecting fuel
consumption are related to loads
and type of roads on which the vehicle
operates. It is not always possible to
choose the most adequate road, but
it must be kept in mind that the ideal
road is the one that allows a steady
speed in high gear, without requiring
frequent braking and acceleration.
The following
general conditions
can affect fuel consumption:
overload
unbalanced load
very high load
inadequate roads
trafc conditions
