Visually inspect for damage or leaks.

Check oil
level. Check “cold.” Torque the drain plug.

Drain the
lubricant while warm. Flush each unit with clean
ushing oil. Change the lubricant.

Air Shift
Unit Check the lubricant level.

Remove the
housing cover and drain the lubricant. Wash the
parts thoroughly and dry in air.

Breather
Clean or
replace.
X
Lube Pump
(ON HIGHWAY) Remove the magnetic strainer and inspect for wear particles.
Wash in solvent and dry in air.

Lube Pump
(OFF
HIGHWAY)
Remove the magnetic strainer and inspect for wear particles.
Wash in solvent and dry in air.

Lube Filter
(ON HIGHWAY) Change.
