This
menu
provides
a
selection
of
stitch
types
that
are
suit
able
for
joining
stretch
and
non-stretch
fabrics.
Stitches

Overcasting
This
menu
provides
a
selection
of
all
stitch
types
suitable
for
overcasting.
The
closed
overedge
stitches
can
be
used
for
joining
and
overcasting
in
one
operation.
These
overedge
stitches
are
positioned
to
the
right.
Guide
the
edge
of
the
fabric
along
the
inner
edge
of
the
presser
foot.
If
you
alter
the
stitch
width,
the
right-hand
needle
position
remains
the
same;
the
other
side
of
the
stitch
is
further
to
the
left
if
its
width
is
increased
or
further
to
the
right
if
reduced.
