Instructions for vertical transport
2 eye bolts are included in the shipment and are firmly bolted to the turbopump ex works.
1. Transport the turbopump in its permissible position only.
2. Attach suitable lifting tools to both eye bolts.
3. Pay attention to the correct use and fastening of the lifting equipment.
4. Lift the turbopump.
5. If necessary, remove the eye bolts after transport and installation.

Keep the eye bolts for future use.
4.1.2 Transport in horizontal space
Use of eye bolts
The utilization of eye bolts for horizontal transport is the sole responsibility of the operating
company.

Always use suitable washers.
●
Always screw in the eye bolts up to the limit stop to avoid shearing of the bolts.
