Required Testing Levels

Printer
If the printer was replaced, and the case was not opened, the following tests
are required:
z Perform the Visual Inspection (page 2-16).
z Run the Extended Self Test (page 2-25).
z Run the Printer Test (page 2-30).
z Print and Verify the System Log (page 2-23).
Internal Repairs
If the case was opened (regardless of what the repair involved), all of the
Performance Verification Tests must be performed, beginning with "Visual
Inspection" on page 2-16.
